Japan is dropping some goodies for your iPod and here’s yet another one by TEAC. The SR-L250i is an all-in-one iPod system that is also an alarm, CD player, USB key, and of course iPod dock. The USB key allows you to store MP3 files so you can play those along with your iTunes. Hopefully Japan will bring this to the U.S, no word on pricing or availability so far. |

You know those big holes you find in some desks? They’re supposed to help keep all cables in one place but things still end up kinda messy. The Cord Trap is just a coupling you snap into the hole. The notches help keep cables separate and hopefully from tangling up.

If you are looking for an alternative to the Mac Mini then you may want to consider Asus’ new Nova P20. Boasting of being a small form-factor PC, it’s mini and it looks hip. Place it vertical or horizontal, both the orientations work for it, it features touch-sensitive power and optical drive eject buttons, which add to the minimalist look. |
|
At the back there are four USB ports and three audio jacks that support surround sound. It also has a DVI port, but you can always use an adapter if you want to transform it into HDMI. It features an Intel 2160 1.8GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 120GB hard drive, and a DVD rewriter drive, a built-in speaker and integrated Intel graphics. Asus projects that the PC will set you back by almost 450 GBP (about $886). It’s available in black or white and probably be out later this year.

This is retro futuristic at its best. Take an outdated fashion from the 80’s, i.e. slap bracelets and turn them into something pretty cool. These E-Paper Slap Bracelets operate off kinetic energy and display photos without needing a recharge. However, like anything from Yanko Design, it’s but a concept. |
